This report lists the transactions reported to the SEC by Corporate Insiders (officers and directors) of publicly held companies. Data is derived from Form 4 filings. The report includes: Insider Transactions (Form 4 filings); Weekly Commentary by David Coleman; The Vickers Company Insider Index (which ranks companies by insider trading trends); Vickers Sell/Buy Ratios, Model Portfolios (based upon insider trading data); Stocks most actively bought/sold by insiders. |
Portfolio Selector

Our flagship publication the monthly Portfolio Selector report offers the Director of Research's monthly commentary and the firm's Focus List of Best Buys. The report also includes asset allocation information, industry recommendations, technical analysis, and the Director's Choice top stock idea of the month. Each month, we make minor changes to our Focus List of 30 stocks, and this "Trader's Corner" information is highly popular with our clients and the financial press.
